If you are registering for an appointment for services on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the legal entity, and you agree that the legal entity will be bound by each and every provision of the agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the services. 1. USE OF COMPANY’S SERVICES AND ITS WEBSITE Your use of the Company’s Services and its website is governed by and subject to each and every term of this Agreement. The terms "You" and "Your" as used in this Agreement pertain to each User of the Services. You agree that each person listed in your account information is your agent and has full authority to act on your behalf as to the Services. 2.
